Driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, foundations, decorative finishes, repairs and commercial slabs for homes, builders and businesses. We check your soil, drainage and access first, build a compacted base, place steel where it belongs, finish with care and explain the upkeep plainly, with one local crew from the first measurement to the last sealer coat.
What lies under the concrete matters as much as the concrete. A compacted stone base spreads loads and drains water.
Standing water, freeze-thaw cycles and salt cause most surface damage. Good slopes, drains and sealers keep water moving.
Middle Tennessee clay swells when wet and shrinks when dry. A good base and joints keep that movement from cracking the slab.
Concrete will crack somewhere. Control joints give it a neat, planned place to do it.
A fall sealer keeps water out of the surface before winter freeze-thaw cycles can scale it.
Every job starts with a close look at the soil, the slope, the drainage and the access. Then we recommend the right thickness, steel and finish, explain the care and give you a written scope.

Yes. The visit and the estimate are free and come with no obligation. You approve a written scope and price before any work begins.
It depends on the use. Many patios and walks are four inches, while driveways for heavy vehicles are often thicker. Our thickness planner gives a starting point, and a site visit confirms it.
Many cracks can be sealed or filled. Wide, uneven or growing cracks may call for lifting or replacement, and we find the cause before choosing a fix.
Usually a day or two for walking and about a week for light vehicles. Full strength comes at about twenty-eight days.
Many driveways and patios take a few days from demolition to pour, plus curing time. We give a schedule in the written scope.

Music City Concrete provides concrete driveways, patios, sidewalks, pool decks, foundations and footings, decorative finishes, repair and restoration, sealing and cleaning, commercial and specialty slabs and planning help. Calculators, cost ranges, checklists and guides on this site are planning references, not engineering, building code or legal advice, and only a site visit can confirm what a property needs. Results and timing depend on soil, drainage, slope, weather, reinforcement, curing and ongoing care, and some problems, such as soft soil or hidden voids, cannot be seen until the work begins. Sealers and coatings reduce wear but do not make concrete crack-free. Permits, setbacks, impervious surface limits, association rules and inspections vary by city and neighborhood, so check yours before you start. Prices shown in the planner are ballpark placeholders only and your written scope is what counts.
