Sealers for driveways, patios, pool decks and floors that protect against stains, water and salt and bring out color.
Sealer is the last coat of protection for almost any concrete surface, and it comes in many types. Penetrating sealers soak in and block water and salt without changing the look. Acrylic sealers form a thin film that adds sheen and enhances color, especially on stamped and colored concrete. Polyurethane and epoxy sealers are tough and used on floors. A Nashville patio exposed to sun, rain and leaves needs a different sealer than a garage floor or an interior slab.
The wrong sealer on the wrong surface fails fast. Some turn cloudy, some peel and some make a surface dangerously slick. We pick a product based on the surface, the use and the finish you want. We clean and dry the concrete, test a small area when needed and apply thin even coats with the right tools. Non-slip additives are added for wet or sloped areas. We explain how long to stay off and when to reseal so protection never lapses.
Penetrating, acrylic, polyurethane and epoxy each suit different surfaces and uses.
Cleaning and drying avoid cloudiness, bubbles and peeling.
Two light coats outperform one heavy one and look better.
Non-slip additives keep glossy surfaces safe when wet.

You tell us about your site and what you want, new concrete, a repair or a refresh, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, measure the area, check drainage, soil and access, look at any old concrete and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for thickness, steel, finishes and colors, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the house, lawn and landscaping, remove old concrete if needed and compact a stone base.
We set forms and steel, check heights and slopes, place and finish the concrete and cut joints, with the crew on site from the first truck to the last pass.
We protect the concrete as it cures, clean up the site, walk you through when to use it and seal it, and set a reminder for your next check.
It depends on the finish. Stamped and colored patios usually get an acrylic, plain ones can take a penetrating sealer.
Two to three years is common outside, and longer for indoor or protected surfaces.
Most sealers need the concrete to cure for about a month. We advise by product.
Moisture trapped under it or applying too thick are common causes. We can strip and redo it.
Some deepen it and some barely change it. A test patch shows the result.
